How Laser Courses Are Priced

Lasers are sold per session and often per course, which makes them the treatments where the arithmetic and the calendar matter most.

Three identical paper cards arranged in a row

Per session or per course

Most pigment, toning and texture work is planned as three to five sessions two to four weeks apart. Clinics price this either per session or as a course, and the course price is usually lower per session.

The catch is the calendar. A course is only a saving if you complete it, and completing it usually means either a long stay or two trips.

What should be in a course price

  • The number of sessions and the interval
  • Whether a review is included
  • What aftercare is provided
  • What happens if a session has to be postponed because your skin reacts

Why unfinished courses are the common waste

A single session of a five-session pigment course produces partial results that often fade. It is not that the money bought nothing — it is that it bought a fraction of a treatment that was designed as a whole.

For visitors, the honest options are to plan fewer sessions of something that works in one go, or to start the course here and continue it at home with the same protocol.

Melasma is a special case

Melasma is managed rather than cured, and aggressive treatment makes it worse. Any quote that implies clearance in a fixed number of sessions is describing something else. See melasma for what a realistic plan looks like.

Actual prices are on the clinic site, where they are kept current.

FAQ

Is a course package a good deal?

Only if you will complete it. Three sessions three weeks apart is roughly a two-month commitment, which most visitors cannot finish in one trip.

Can I split a course between Korea and home?

Often yes, if you get the protocol in writing — the device, the settings family and the interval. Ask for it before you leave.

Why do some clinics quote per pass?

Because coverage varies. It is a legitimate way to price, as long as you know how many passes are planned.

What if my skin needs more sessions than quoted?

Ask that at the start: what happens if the agreed number is not enough, and what a further session would involve.
